Plexus Worldwide has hired Ulli Lindauer as chief marketing officer. She will oversee all marketing strategies and initiatives for product management, creative services and customer analytics. Lindauer has more than two decades of experience including executive brand and marketing roles at Fossil Group, Bond No. 9, Chanel and L’Oreal.
Albert Bosch, BEMER Group
Albert Bosch will assume the role of CEO for North America at BEMER Group. He will run all North American management and operations for the European-based company, reporting to Robert Moll, the company’s Global CEO. Prior to this position, Bosch has held executive positions at It Works! and spent 20 years at Tupperware Brands where he held president and managing director roles.
Ana Badell, Beautycounter
Beautycounter has appointed Ana Badell as chief operating officer. Badell will oversee operations, IT, corporate strategy, and social mission. She comes from Starbucks, where she was vice president of store operations and flow. Before that, she held roles in business operations, global marketing, global strategy and global supply chain. Prior to Starbucks, Badell worked for Walmart and the Hess Corp.
Patty Wu, Beautycounter
Beautycounter has appointed Patty Wu as chief commercial officer. Wu will lead Beautycounter’s commercial channels, including retail, direct to consumer, customer support, digital product and performance marketing. She most recently served as GM of the baby division at The Honest Company. Prior to that, she held various leadership roles at Mattel, Walmart and The Clorox Co.
Andrew Treanor, Pampered Chef
Andrew Treanor, Pampered Chef’s chief operating officer, will become CEO as current CEO Tracy Britt Cool, steps down. Britt Cool will remain with the company until March 2020. Treanor joined the company in 2016 as chief technology officer and previously served in technology roles at CDK Global and ADP.
Claudia Greninger, Medifast
Claudia Greninger has joined Medifast as executive vice president of human resources. Greninger will develop the company’s global talent management strategy, encompassing recruitment, succession planning, and development and retention. Greninger brings more than 20 years of experience, having worked with Laureate Education, Johnson & Johnson and Citigroup.

Theresa Flores, senior manager of public affairs for Mary Kay Inc., was elected president of the State Government Affairs Council (SGAC). At Mary Kay, Flores develops and recommends policy positions, focusing on engagement with legislators, governments and NGOs. Flores has been an organizer in SGAC for many years.

Rod Hairston has been announced as Yoli’s new president, reporting to Robby Fender, Yoli’s founder and CEO. Hairston is experienced in developing strong organizational cultures, having coached leaders at such organizations as Disney, Quicken Loans and Honeywell.

Matthew Dunn has been announced as Yoli’s new chief operating officer, transitioning from a consultant basis into the full-time role. Dunn’s background includes corporate training and interpersonal influence coaching at Fortune 100 companies.

Bob Reina has founded QuiAri, a new health and wellness company based on the superfruit maqui berry. He will also serve as the company’s CEO. Reina has been in the direct selling channel for more than 25 years, having founded TalkFusion, a video communications company. Before that he served as a police officer in Tampa Bay.
John Neubauer, QuiAri
QuiAri has hired John Neubauer as chief operating officer. Naubauer has held various executive management positions at direct selling companies such as TalkFusion and Herbalife. He also has served as senior manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International and senior vice president of operations at Starlight International.

Nick Sarnicola has been hired as the new president of Cura Cannabis/Select Oil, a Portland, Oregon-based marijuana company. Sarnicola co-founded weight-loss company ViSalus, now known as Vi, in 2005, as well as Liv Global in 2017.

Susie Reina has joined QuiAri as president. Reina has spent more than 12 years as vice president of TalkFusion, where she helped grow the business into a competitive communications platform. Prior to direct selling, she spent more than 21 years in various management and operations positions with a Fortune 500 insurance company.
Juan Hancke, QuiAri
Juan Hancke, Ph.D., has joined QuiAri as scientific advisor. Hancke is the leading maqui berry expert in the world. He was awarded a $5 million grant to study the benefits of the maqui berry by the World Health Organization, and his research findings led to his collaboration with QuiAri on its maqui berry products.
