Worldventures Is Awarded Preliminary Injunction Against Former President Eddie Head

Direct selling travel provider WordVentures has obtained a preliminary injunction against its former president, Eddie Head. Head left WorldVentures in December 2020 to build the travel program for Seacret Direct LLC as president and chief business development officer. WorldVentures was awarded a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in February 2021. As per the April 6 injunction, the court finds that WorldVentures will likely sustain harm due to Head’s breaches of his Non-Compete restrictions. Head is barred from engaging in activities at Seacret that relate to WorldVentures’ business but is permitted to market Seacret Direct’s non-travel products. A four-day trial is set for June 28.
