Stephanie O’Farrell, Nature’s Sunshine
Stephanie O’Farrell has joined Nature’s Sunshine as vice president, marketing for North America, and has over 14 years of experience in brand marketing. O’Farrell recently was recognized as a Utah Business Journal “40 under 40” and previously served in leadership roles at Tafi and Molson Coors.
Guilherme Castellan, Natura &Co
Guilherme Castellan has transitioned to Group CFO of Natura &Co. He was announced as deputy CFO in March and succeeds Jose Antonio de Almeida Filippo. Castellan spent seven years at AB InBev group, and in his last position he was CFO at Budweiser Brewing Co. APAC Ltd.
Deb Bursley, Sunrider
Sunrider International has appointed Deb Bursley to chief marketing officer. Bursley is an experienced leader with over 30 years spent in direct selling. She will oversee Sunrider’s marketing strategies and initiatives, as well as drive company growth. She has previously worked with Plexus, WorldVentures, Seacret Direct and Origami Owl.
Tariq H. Hassan, Nature’s Sunshine
Nature’s Sunshine has appointed Tariq H. Hassan to its board of directors. Currently chief marketing officer at Petco, Hassan brings over 25 years of senior management experience in global brand strategy. He previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Hewlett Packard.
Leah Cadavona, Ruby Ribbon
Ruby Ribbon has hired Leah Cadavona as chief growth officer. Cadavona has experience in marketing, brand, strategy and the direct selling channel in support of female entrepreneurs. With close to 25 years of experience in the U.S. and international markets, Cadavona has led product launches and programs for Nu Skin, Immunotec, JAFRA, and Guthy-Renker.
Rajan Sachar, Sunrider
Sunrider International has appointed Rajan Sachar as chief financial officer. Before joining Sunrider, Sachar was employed at Johnson Electric, Hong Kong, as division head of finance and global head of audit and risk. Before that, he worked at Federal Signal Corp., CME Group, and Motorola in global finance and accounting roles.
Kevin Manion, NewAge
NewAge Inc. has hired Kevin Manion as chief financial officer. Manion has extensive M&A and capital raising experience and was most recently CFO for Calavo Growers. He previously set the financial tone for the Centre for Neuro Skills and Green Dot Corp. and comes from successful stints as CFO for Kraft Heinz, Nestle, and Youngs Market Co.
Seth Siegler, eXp World
eXp World Holdings has promoted Seth Siegler to the new role of vice president, technology innovation and real estate services. In this role, Siegler will help scale the company’s innovation and technology department. Previously, Siegler led special projects. He brings almost 20 years’ experience in real estate.
Nader Poordeljoo, OmegaPro
OmegaPro has appointed Nader Poordeljoo as president and COO of the company. He will be responsible for daily operations. Poordeljoo has 16 years’ experience building organizations in Central and Eastern Europe. As an executive, he has served in general managing or sales capacities for Jeunesse Global, Synergy Worldwide and ViSalus.
Javed Khan, BE
BE has hired Javed Khan as its NFX director. Khan started trading at the age of 18 while he was still in college and working part-time in Hackney, East London. Learning the foreign exchange market, his investing improved, and he was recognized as the No. 1 trader in the NFX platforms. He now runs his own business, JKMT, in Dubai.
Lea Brister May, Solvasa
Lea Brister May has joined Solvasa’s corporate team as vice president of sales. A founding consultant for the new direct seller, Brister May brings a decade of direct selling experience, including growing a multimillion-dollar sales organization. She was previously an Assistant Attorney General for Massachusetts.
Dee Oldroyd, Metrics Global
Metrics Global Inc. has hired Dee Oldroyd as vice president of business development. Oldroyd has over 20 years of experience implementing payment solutions with direct selling customers. He will bring his knowledge of payment processing, combined with the direct selling ecosystem, to his new role. He previously worked for Nuvei and ProPay.
Trace Jensen, Verb
Trace Jensen has joined Verb as vice president of sales. Jensen has over 20 years of industry experience and most recently worked with Thatcher Technologies Group. He previously spent nearly 10 years at Xennsoft, serving in sales roles of increasing importance, culminating with senior vice president. Before that, he led sales at iCentris.
