At Rodan + Fields, Dee will lead the global information technology organization, defining and advancing the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure to support growth plans.
Martine Girotto, LegalShield
LegalShield has named Martine Girotto president of its Canada business. Girotto has more than 17 years’ experience in marketing, management training and business development for companies such as Mary Kay, Tocara and Ricova. Prior to joining LegalShield, Girotto served as general manager of Canada for Jeunesse Global, where she oversaw strategy and marketing.
Jan Zijderveld, NYSE
Avon Products’ CEO Jan Zijderveld has been named a founding member of the New York Stock Exchange Board Advisory Council to Advance Board Diversity, which will connect diverse candidates with companies seeking new directors. The council is comprised of 13 Founding Members from such companies as Twilio, The Coca-Cola Company, and Rent the Runway.
Janne Heimonen, Kannaway
Kannaway has appointed Janne Heimonen as managing director of its European Division. Heimonen brings more than 25 years of leadership and sales experience in direct selling, fulfilling roles with companies such as Nikken, It Works! and Kyani. Heimonen began his career selling health and wellness products as an independent distributor before pursuing management.
Dave DeFeo, J.Hilburn
Dave DeFeo has joined J.Hilburn as CEO. He will replace Andy Janowski, who will resume his role as chairman of the J.Hilburn board of directors. DeFeo most recently served as CEO of The Worth Collection, where he led the direct-to-consumer women’s apparel company for more than 10 years. Prior to that he held leadership roles at Longaberger, Doncaster and Milliken & Co.
Laura Nathanson, Nu Skin
Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. has appointed Laura Nathanson to its board of directors. Nathanson is currently Disney advertising sales executive vice president of revenue and operations. She is a media expert with a career in sales and marketing, spending 21 years with The Walt Disney Company, including leadership at ABC Family. She also held key positions with Fox Broadcasting.

Joshua Beal was promoted to the newly created role of vice president of marketing at Vi, a global healthy lifestyle company, and sister company, Liv, a new lifestyle experience platform. He will be responsible for marketing strategies as well as social media, video, design and more. Beal has more than 15 years of experience in these areas including more than a decade at Vi.

Anthony Fong has joined Neora Hong Kong as vice president of sales. He has spent more than 30 years in sales and management. Starting with six years in the Singapore Armed Forces as an army captain and a commando in special forces, Fong also has implemented strategies to promote profitability and growth for direct sales companies in the Asia-Pacific market, including bHIP Global.
Paulo Moledo, Hy Cite Enterprises
Paulo Moledo has joined Hy Cite Enterprises as senior vice president of strategy. Moledo will bring to this role more than 12 years of experience gained in various areas of the direct sales industry. He was previously the president of Jafra Cosmetics International and, before that, general manager for the North and South Latin America clusters for Avon Products Inc.

Direct Cellars has hired Kim Fowler as its new national sales director in Australia. Fowler has been in the direct selling industry for more than 20 years and brings with her a wealth of experience across sales, marketing, team building, events and coaching. She has focused on building leadership teams, establishing strong training systems and creating effective conferences and events for Nutrimetics, Creata Direct and Norwex.
