Milind Pant, Amway
Amway has named Milind Pant as its new CEO. Pant joins Amway from Yum! Brands where as president of Pizza Hut International he led the international brand through growth across Asia, India and Europe. Steve Van Andel, who has served as Amway chairman since 1995, and Doug DeVos, who has served as president since 2002, will move to Amway’s board of directors as co-chairs.
Deborah Gibbins, Mary Kay
Mary Kay Inc. has appointed Deborah Gibbins to chief operating officer. Gibbins previously served as chief financial officer for five years and will be responsible for the global supply chain and R&D organization, including the new global Richard R. Rogers Manufacturing/R&D Center in Lewisville, Texas. She will continue to oversee finance, public affairs and strategic planning.
Terrence Moorehead, Nature’s Sunshine
Nature’s Sunshine Products Inc. has hired Terrence Moorehead as CEO. Moorehead joins Nature’s Sunshine after serving as CEO for luxury apparel brand Carlisle-Etcetera LLC and before that Dana Beauty. He previously spent more than 20 years with Avon Products, ending his tenure there as vice president of global strategic planning.

Avon Products has named Dronacharya Chakraborty as general manager of India. Chakraborty brings 20 years of experience in direct selling and personal care, having served as general manager of sales for PM International’s India business, and before that worked 12 years for Herbalife’s business in the region, serving in various roles.
Jessica Herrin, Natura & Co
Jessica Herrin, CEO and founder of Stella & Dot Family Brands, has been nominated as a new member of Natura & Co Board of Directors. Her nomination will be voted upon at the next Extraordinary General Meeting on Nov 1. Co-founding leading wedding site WeddingChannel.com as a Stanford University graduate at 24, Herrin started Stella & Dot in her living room in 2004.
Jeffrey Reigle, Strouds Luxury Linens
Jeffrey Reigle, president and CEO of Regal Ware Inc., has joined Strouds Luxury Linens’ Board of Directors. Reigle, who has led Regal Ware since 1992, was recently inducted into the Direct Selling Association Hall of Fame. He will bring product as well as vertical industry experience to Strouds, which opened in late 2016.
