Last year all three 5Linx founders, Jeb Tyler, Craig Jerabeck and Jason Guck, were arrested and accused of stealing millions of dollars from the company and its investors.
A federal trial had been set for mid-September, but Tyler and Jerabeck have both pled guilty to wire-fraud charges, admitting they illegally took $2.3 million in money that should have gone to the company and its investors.
The assistant U.S. attorney says the indictment alleges “more schemes” than the plea bargains addressed. Tyler and Jerabeck await sentencing.
