Kara Trousdale, Beautycounter
Beautycounter has appointed Kara Trousdale as chief commercial officer. Trousdale brings experience in retail and supply chain and will be responsible for overseeing and innovating Beautycounter’s omnichannel model. She previously served nearly eight years at Amazon, where she most recently was chief marketing officer for Amazon Fashion.
Nathan Moore, Mary Kay
Mary Kay Inc. has named Nathan Moore president, global sales and marketing. In this new role, Moore will manage all region leadership teams, as well as global marketing and global strategy and insights teams. He will continue as region president of Mary Kay North America. Moore joined Mary Kay in 1995 as a staff attorney.
Cindy Latham, LifeVantage
LifeVantage Corp. has appointed Cindy Latham to its board of directors. Latham is currently executive marketing consultant at Latham Consulting Services. She has over 30 years of experience in global marketing, research and development, and product. Latham previously worked with Plexus Worldwide, and before that, Shaklee Corp.
Lesley Dunn, 4Life
4Life has promoted Lesley Dunn to senior vice president of events and recognition. Dunn joined 4Life as marketing coordinator in 2004. Prior to working at 4Life, she held a management position for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games. Dunn has been with 4Life for 18 years.
Anita Krpata, SeneGence
SeneGence has hired Anita Krpata as chief commercial officer. Krpata brings more than 20 years’ experience in corporate strategy, sales, marketing and customer experience to the role. She has worked with Stella & Dot, Tyra Beauty, Lilly Lashes and Luminess, through direct sales, direct-to-consumer, and e-commerce strategies.
Hsueh-Kung (HK) Lin, Young Living
Young Living has appointed Hsueh-Kung (HK) Lin, Ph.D., to chief scientist. With a background in population genetics, molecular and cellular biology, and pharmacology, Lin began working with Young Living Founder Gary Young in 2007. He has also served as chairman of the board for the Association for International Research of Aromatic Science and Education.
Trent McCausland, Nature’s Sunshine
Nature’s Sunshine Products has appointed Trent McCausland as vice president of global sustainability and transparency. McCausland will be responsible for ensuring that ingredients are provided using sustainable harvesting and ethical labor practices. He joined Nature’s Sunshine after time at Dura Pharmaceuticals.
Kathryn Olson, 4Life
4Life Research has promoted Kathryn Olson to senior vice president of legal affairs. Olson most recently served as vice president of legal affairs. She has spent 25 years in the dietary supplement industry and over 17 years of that time at 4Life. Her team’s responsibilities include policy training and education, field engagement, and compliance strategies.
Kelly Bellerose, 4Life
Kelly Bellerose has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing at 4Life Research. Bellerose, who previously served as the company’s vice president of marketing, will remain responsible for product marketing, creative writing, graphic design, and video teams. With 20 years of experience, Bellerose is a brand crafter, educator, and motivational speaker.
Dana Long, Ruby Ribbon
Dana Long has joined Ruby Ribbon as chief marketing officer. She has established herself as a global brand and digital marketing expert. Before starting her own agency, she spent three years at JAFRA Cosmetics. Previously, Long created the Global Digital Center of Excellence for Mattel, and she led the global brand and digital marketing teams for The Walt Disney Co.
Todd Morrow, Medical Marijuana
Medical Marijuana Inc. has promoted Todd Morrow to president. Formerly chief financial and information officer, Morrow has been with the company since 2018 and has held numerous positions. Previously, Morrow worked at Independent Pet Partners Holdings LLC, Petco Animal Supplies and Pirch.
Peter Skaalen, Regal Ware
Peter Skaalen has joined Regal Ware as vice president of operations for the SynergyOps Division. Skaalen brings over 30 years of manufacturing and engineering experience to the role. Prior to this, he was the vice president, operations, for PFERD Inc. Skaalen will now focus on delivering products, services, and marketing insights.

Juan Luis Toscano, corporate chief talent officer, will oversee human resources; Carlos Doormann, corporate chief financial officer, will lead financial execution; Mauricio Alvarez, corporate chief information officer, will deploy and oversee all technology developments; and Rebeca Figueroa, chief commercial model officer, will lead replication of Betterware’s commercial model.
Liliana Arce, Regal Ware
Regal Ware has hired direct sales veteran Liliana Arce as vice president and general manager of Saladmaster. She previously worked for Tupperware for 18 years and oversaw operations and marketing. At Saladmaster, Arce will provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the financial objectives of the business.
Ron White, Regal Ware
Ron White has been hired as director of product development at Regal Ware and will lead the cookware and bakeware lines at American Kitchen Cookware. White brings 30 years of product development experience to the company. Before this, he worked for Spalding. In his new role, White will focus on premium cookware and bakeware products.
Federico Maria Mongiello, Univendita
Federico Maria Mongiello has been named the new general manager of Univendita, the direct selling association of Italy. He succeeds outgoing director Daniele Pirola. Mongiello is an attorney at the Supreme Court with specific expertise in criminal law. Among the first objectives of his mandate is to promote the enhancement of the profession as well as the acquisition and training of new associates.
